We are currently experiencing some minor delays due to our shipping carriers. Please email our experienced staff at support@belleamici.com if you need additional help with your order and/or cancellations. The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority, and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries. Parcels will be left in a safe place or if a signature is required, the delivery driver will sign in the presence of the customer at a safe distance. All processing times have extended to 1-5 Business Days, and Shipping Delivery Times 5-10 Business Days. 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return and request a refund back to your original payment. This applies to customers domestically and internationally. You may also request a store credit or exchange.

If your item was incorrect or defective for any reason, you will be provided a return shipping label to return the item.

If your item was sold out or out of stock, we will refund and process your return upon receipt of the item. You will be notified via email regarding refund or exchange. Please be patient as banks take 3-5 days to process and show the refund on your end. 

To start a very simple return or exchange, please email us at support@belleamici.com for support. You will receive an approved email with step-by-step instructions on shipping your item(s) back, if necessary, as well as your timeline for your refund, gift card, or exchange to be issued.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits due will be processed and issued within 1-5 Business Days. Please be patient as it takes time to sort orders from our warehouse. We have a Customer Support team to answer all questions along the way.

You can always contact us for any questions via email or phone provided in the header of our homepage or by using the Contact Us at the bottom of the page. We always aim to respond within 24 hours.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@belleamici.com for any assistance within 14 days of delivery.

 You will need to ship back damaged items but the return label for shipping will be provided free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will be in contact with you to issue a refund back to your original payment method immediately.

Returns

  • We gladly accept returns for items received within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for swimwear, intimates, undergarments like bodysuits, coverups, or accessories.
  • There is a restocking fee of $5 deducted from your refund, unless there is a damaged item, an exchange, or store credit requested.

Prepaid Return Labels

With exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. The exceptions are outlined below. If you are requesting a return for any of the reasons listed below, we will cover any cost of shipping back your item(s).

  • Received a damaged item
  • Received an incorrect item (wrong color/size)

Cancellations

Once orders are received, they are immediately sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping. Since the distribution center has received this order, we are not able to modify your order. You can always process a return or exchange once your item has been received. Once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address for fraud prevention reasons. No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a refund back to your payment method. You will need to ship the item back to us if approved. You can do this by contacting us via support@belleamici.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for swimwear, intimates, undergarments like bodysuits, accessories, and beauty products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the next steps to receive your refund, store credit, or exchange. If your item was damaged, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method after the item has been received by our warehouse. Please remember it can take up to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, sometimes sooner. 

Belle Amici is not responsible for shipping and returns until the item reaches one of our warehouses. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

How Do I Start A Return?

Email us at support@belleamici.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Rest assured that your return will be approved for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
 


How long do I have to return my item? 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. 


Non-returnable Items

Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, undergarments, and accessories are considered non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

 
Can I exchange items?

Yes. You are welcome you to exchange your item(s) by contacting us at support@belleamici.com. If it is not an equal exchange, you will be issued the difference via refund or store credit. 

Prepaid Return Labels

With two exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. The exceptions are outlined below. If you are requesting any of the below, we will cover the cost, of shipping back your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Reporting a damaged item
  • Reporting an incorrect item

All directions and options will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your email at support@belleamici.com.
