Q. What is the return policy?

A. At Belle Amici we want you to be 100% happy with the product you purchased. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please reach out to us at support@belleaimici.com prior to returning any items to guarantee free shipping. All products must be in the original condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) does not meet our return conditions. 

Q. How much is shipping?

A.  Free Shipping on all products worldwide. 

Q. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

A. Yes, you will receive a tracking number for every order.

Q. How long will it take to receive my purchase?

A. Shipping times on average run from 3-10 days worldwide. Packages will be shipped DHL or FedEx and tracking information is provided as soon as the item is shipped. 

 Q. What is the condition of the products?

A. We only sell brand new items with tags and original packaging. All of our products are inspected, and arrive with proper identification items such as the authenticity cards, dust-bag/box, and and additional pieces that is included with the product (e.g. removable straps, replacement leather patch). You will never received a used or pre-owned item.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the merchandise, and do not sell reproductions or counterfeit merchandise. Every item we sell goes through an intensive control check to meet the consistent high standards of excellence that we expect and guarantee.
